Option 1: Using free web design templates: To look for free design templates all you have to do is type in Google Search box....         free templates  or  open source templates

on some of the free template websites they also have paid options about $20 to $60 for a website design which are pretty good.

Option 2: I can copy a website that already exists on the Internet and change the colours pictures and information, some of the layout etc. To look for websites on the internet that you like type in Google Search box....   (a city around the world and an occupation with a plus sign) examples: electrician + brighton    chartered accountants + brighton
    painting and decorating + leeds       plumbing + sheffield      .....what we could do is look at the websites and choose the best one to emulate.
